In order to participate in THRIVE group, individuals must be a part of the Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation system.  Your VR counselor may then refer you to be a THRIVE group participant.  During THRIVE group we work closely with you and your VR counselor to advocate for and support you in your self-advocacy. We will work alongside you to identify and develop accommodations and supports for the work place.  All recommendations and accommodations are made with consent from the THRIVE Group participant.
